Your role
As a Senior Associate Director, you will lead Pathway Development & Alignment, Career Success & Student Journey, and Initiatives & Partnerships to drive integrated career programming across the student journey.
Responsibilities
Pathway Development & Alignment – Collaborate with Sector Heads, Pathway Directors, and Vice Deans to create and implement strategies to improve student experience and career journeys. Develop career discovery events (e.g., Pathway Discovery Day, Alumni Panels) aligned with employability goals. Foster integration of Talent & Careers services within the academic journey, coordinating resources, fairs, or certifications.Career Success & Student Journey – Support Education Director on career readiness by creating career booster maps and guidelines for pursuing careers in strategic sectors (e.g., Finance or Consulting). Align career milestones (internships, fairs, mentoring) with academic calendars to maximize engagement. Organize student participation in employer-related events and ensure strong links to career readiness. Work with the Data Team to create initiatives that improve student experience and alignment between academic and market trends (e.g., student score card, pathway dashboard, 12Twenty Campaign). Coordinate with T&C Heads of the Program to design and implement projects.Initiatives & Partnerships – Collaborate with alumni mentorship programs and explore other initiatives and partnerships (e.g., IE Professional Clubs Mentoring program, international fairs and competitions). Ensure consistent messaging to students about employability and keep career as a top priority. Gather and analyze student feedback to drive continuous improvement in advising, events, and career programming.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in career services, higher education, employer relations, or program management.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and propose structured improvements.Proactive, student-centered mindset with experience in international and diverse environments.Final required item : formaKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)
