As a Senior E-Commerce Professional, you will define and implement the global e-commerce strategy, ensuring alignment with brand vision and objectives. Oversight of stock planning, roll-out strategies, and collection updates ensures optimal inventory levels and maximized sales.
Creation and delivery of high-quality product content enhances customer experience.
Cross-functional collaboration guarantees seamless online commercial strategy execution.
Digital marketing and communication plans are developed and supervised, coordinating web, social media, and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
Analyzing web performance metrics and customer behavior provides actionable insights to refine the e-commerce strategy and improve KPIs such as conversion rates and average order value.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
Fashion company specialization is highly valued.
Skills
Proficiency in Spanish and English (high level required).
Strong expertise in fashion, trends, and retail industry.
Excellent commercial acumen and leadership skills, proven experience in managing teams and driving results in fast-paced digital environments.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
