We are looking for a Business Analyst (technical) to join our team for a multinational leader in the insurance sector .

📌 Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for microservices and API-based solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable service-oriented architectures.
• Analyze and optimize database queries, stored procedures and PL / SQL logic.
• Define and document API contracts, payloads and integration workflows.
• Support testing activities by validating API responses, database transactions and service interactions.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning and prioritization of technical features.
• Ensure alignment between business processes and the technical architecture.
