IT Recruitment Specialist

Pixie, a seasoned IT staffing firm with over 20 years of experience in Europe and the US, specializes in providing freelance experts in SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure, and Web technologies.

We are seeking an experienced IT recruitment specialist to join our team in Madrid and support the growth of the Iberian market, particularly in Portugal. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience recruiting IT profiles and be fluent in both Portuguese and English, with Spanish as a secondary language.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for freelance IT consultants, maintaining direct contact with candidates, and collaborating closely with the Business Development team to align recruitment needs with client demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing consultant networks and building relationships with potential candidates
• Evaluating profiles and conducting interviews to select top talent
• Coordinating with the Business Development team to ensure recruitment needs meet client demands
