Job Title : Bids & Tender Specialist (Temporary 12 Months)
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Bids & Tenders Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tender activities, producing high-quality tenders that meet customer needs, and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage overall contract terms and conditions, compliance, and integrity.
- Review tender agreements and monitor new tender opportunities.
- Take total responsibility for the tender process, including expressing interest in forthcoming contract opportunities and submitting high-quality tenders in a timely manner.
- Ensure that documentation is submitted in accordance with deadlines and requirements.
- Assemble and maintain internal procurement documentation relating to the tendering process.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Law degree or equivalentMinimum of 4 years' experience in bid management preferably in the diagnostic or chemical / pharmaceutical sectorKnowledge of regulations and procedures particularly the Procurement CodeGood knowledge of Office packageGood ability to manage deadlines and follow multiple procedures simultaneouslyBenefits :
