Your challenge

In this role, you\'ll be one of the backend technology specialists at Taxfix, mainly working on our Spanish product. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-minded software developer to have a significant impact on the systems, processes and tools driving a rapidly growing product.

You\'ll join a cross-functional product team of engineers and designers. You\'ll write and ship high-quality code, all while getting up to speed with the needs of the business. You\'ll also need to proactively collaborate with multiple teams to get the wider company\'s ideas into the actual product.

The Taxfix Group is in an exciting next phase of growth. You\'ll play a pivotal role in evolving our Spanish product into the go-to solution for individuals and small businesses. You\'ll tackle challenges unique to the Spanish tax landscape and help us scale our services to a broader audience.

Your responsibilities and decisions

• Write and ship consistently high-quality code to meet product requirements.
• Take pride in and responsibility for your work, from initial development to post-release.
• Proactively seek to understand business and technical requirements, offering your own suggestions and ideas where possible.
• Provide considerate and constructive feedback on your teammates\' work, and receive the same.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to help company-wide initiatives.
• Contribute to the culture of customer-focused product development across the company and group.
