What are we looking for?

We seek an Operations Expert T24 to work closely with one of our main banking sector clients.

Main tasks and responsibilities include :

• Ensuring smooth operation of jobs and interfaces within the “IT Core Operations” team, including applications and databases.
• Monitoring, starting, stopping jobs, queues, processes, and performing deployments.
• Maintaining production and test environments.
• Deployment of artefacts in production and test environments.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting scheduled jobs.
• Automating tasks where possible.
• Resolving and closing incidents / service requests from the Global IT-Service Desk according to procedures and timelines.
• Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis.
• Escalating unresolved incidents / service requests within agreed timescales.
• Completing daily and periodic checklists.
• Producing IT reports (KPIs) for IT management.

Work location :

Hybrid, in Madrid city center (Sol area), 3 days a week in the office.

Business hours with no intensive days on Fridays or in summer.
