Descripción del trabajoWarehouse & Transport : Oversee warehouse operations, inbound / outbound flows, and transport partners (3PL, dropshipping, bulky-item shipping). Inventory & Stock Control : Master Belari’s complex stock logic (dropshipping, MOQ10 orders, product packs with partial stock) and create systems that keep availability accurate and predictable. Logistics Excellence : Define and implement best practices for storage, packaging, and palletizing, ensuring cost efficiency and zero-damage deliveries. Customer Service Oversight : Manage and grow the external customer service partner to secure 5 reviews and ensure a best-in-class customer journey. Process Optimization : Continuously automate and improve workflows (ERP / Odoo, Shopify integrations, Excel dashboards) for speed and scalability. Supplier & Partner Management : Negotiate with carriers, warehouses and other ops partners to get the best service and rates. 2–4 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain or operations (e-commerce / retail / startups a strong plus). Deep understanding of logistics processes (stock management, warehouse flows, transport, palletizing). Highly analytical and Excel / BI savvy; comfortable building your own tools and reports. Proactive, solution-oriented and ready to work hands-on in a fast-moving startup. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external partners. English B2 minimum (German or French a plus). €35 000 gross / year + 10 % bonus based on objectives. Eligibility for Phantom Shares after the first year, linked to performance. Permanent contract in Madrid with flexible remote.
