We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Customer Success Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for multiple product lines, you will be responsible for delivering value and maximizing the security and value of our customers' investments in our products.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements. They will also have specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers with expertise in areas such as Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security, or Security Operations.
In this role, you will operate as the Voice of the Customer, driving adoption and consumption across our products and services. You will work closely with CISOs, CTOs, and other technical teams to deliver customized product delivery to customers' tech environments and understand their security priorities.
