Senior Project Strategist

Overview The role of a Project Lead is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that foster sustainable growth and development. In this capacity, you will spearhead a high-profile project focused on Karlovy Vary region's economic opportunities and challenges for transitioning to a green economy and energy system.

Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion within allocated resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, leveraging collective expertise and strengths.

Conduct data analysis and create policy frameworks to support environmentally conscious development.

Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle, fostering open dialogue and transparency.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering; Industrial Economics or Innovation Management; Environmental or Energy Policy.

Proficiency in English (CEFR C1) and proficiency in Czech would be advantageous.

At least 10 years of experience in senior management or advisory roles in industrial transformation, clean technology deployment, or strategic project development.

5+ years as Team Leader or Project Manager in development and / or investment finance.

Preferred Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Net-Zero Industry Act (NZIA), evidenced by at least one project.

Experience working with public authorities, industry stakeholders, EU-funded projects, or international institutions.
