AI / ML Specialist Solutions Architect (Remote — Europe)

As an AI / ML Specialist Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in helping enterprise clients design and implement large‑scale AI solutions that leverage advanced cloud infrastructure. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor—translating complex business needs into scalable architectures and optimizing machine learning workflows across distributed environments. Working alongside experienced engineers and product teams, you'll enable customers to build and deploy cutting‑edge AI models efficiently and securely. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of cloud innovation, AI research, and real‑world impact.

Accountabilities

Design and implement customer‑centric AI and ML architectures that maximize scalability, performance, and business value
Partner with clients to develop and optimize distributed training pipelines across multi‑node, multi‑GPU environments
Deliver technical presentations, whitepapers, webinars, and manuals for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmaps
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and successful solution adoption
Support the deployment and optimization of AI inference systems and production ML pipelines

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in cloud technologies related to MLOps, ML engineering, or similar domains

Strong understanding of machine learning ecosystems, including frameworks, tooling, and real‑world use cases

Proven expertise in distributed training and GPU‑based computing environments

Hands‑on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX for model training and optimization

Solid grasp of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Slurm

Proficiency in one or more programming languages : Python, Go, Java, or C++

Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to engage diverse technical audiences

Bonus : Experience deploying inference infrastructure for production workloads and scaling ML pipelines from proof‑of‑concept to production
