Job Title : Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to design, implement, manage, and support our organization's network infrastructure. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues.
  • Implement network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
  • Manage routers, switches, load balancers, and other networking equipment.
  • Support voice, video, and data communication systems.
  • Conduct regular system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support business operations and new initiatives.
  • Provide technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP / IP, routing, switching, subnetting, and VLANs.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Understanding of VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VoIP technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, etc.).
