As the Treasury Operations Specialist , you will oversee key operational processes within Group Treasury, starting with intragroup Netting, loan interest management, reconciliations, and bank account governance. You’ll coordinate with global finance teams and shared service centers to ensure accurate reporting and compliance, while supporting the transition of treasury activities from Switzerland to the GoE Treasury Operations team.
Key responsibilities :
Responsibility for activities related to the Netting process, including :
All activities assigned to the Netting Center
Monitoring, reporting, communication, and coordination with the GBS of BCN and KL, as well as with in-country Finance, regarding monthly AR reporting and AP reviews in the Netting System
Monitoring, reporting, and coordinating resolution of intragroup invoices set as “revoked” until settlement, with OCS Centers and in-country finance
Netting activities related to calculation and settlement of invoices
Steering of parties involved in the Netting process, including escalation management to Regional CFO, Head of Group Treasury, and Group CFO based on data, ratios, and graphs in the Netting Dashboard
Additionally, take over part of the treasury accounting activities from Group treasury back office, starting with Netting-related accounting. Support the team in monitoring, reporting, and coordinating corrective measures for intragroup loan repayment plans and interest payments. Assist with adjustments in treasury systems for intragroup loan drawings, including reporting and communication of Deal tickets to in-country finance or OCS organization to ensure proper accounting of intragroup interests.
Geographical scope : entire Group.
Support Group Treasury Middle Office and Front Office in preparing quarterly Group Treasury Reports. Coordinate, request, and manage bank confirmations with external auditors. Contribute to designing processes, selecting tools, and rolling out solutions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and system alignment regarding bank confirmations and user rights (e-banking, treasury system). Ensure records are up-to-date and monitor authorized signatories on worldwide bank accounts.
Qualifications :
University degree in finance and administration (preferred, not required)
4-5 years of experience in Treasury or other Corporate Finance operational functions
Experience in Accounting, ideally treasury transactions
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders (OCS AR, OCS AP, In Country Finance, Group / GoE Controlling, Group / GoE Tax)
Experience in GBS environment preferred
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Autobank)
Experience with Treasury Management Systems (preferably Coupa Treasury) and e-banking solutions, including user rights administration
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
High confidentiality and loyalty
Ability to build a strong network for coordination
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
