Overview

What we look for

We are looking for 2 Business Process Analyst for our key client— the world's largest operator of duty-free shops and a leader in travel retail.

100% remote collaboration from Spain.

Responsibilities

Map local business processes against POS solution setup.
Support data mapping and integration with downstream & upstream systems.
Define, review and validate test scenarios.
Develop user documentation, training materials, and support adoption.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis within retail / POS implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of business process mapping and data flows.

Familiarity with Flooid or Oracle Xstore is a strong plus.

Excellent documentation and training delivery skills.
