Lead AI Researcher
As a seasoned expert in large language models, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's cutting-edge research initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing novel methods for compressing and optimizing LLMs, fine-tuning and benchmarking models for accuracy, robustness, and efficiency, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into real-world applications.
