Buscamos un Growth & Performance Specialist con un perfil muy operativo, orientado a resultados y con amplia experiencia gestionando campañas de adquisición en entornos B2C. La persona ideal tendrá foco en optimizar conversiones y acelerar el crecimiento del negocio mediante estrategias data-driven.

Responsabilidades

Gestionar y optimizar campañas de Google Ads con foco en performance y rentabilidad.
Diseñar y ejecutar tests A / B para mejorar conversiones y reducir CPA.
Analizar datos de rendimiento y proponer acciones de mejora continua.
Reportar métricas clave, evoluciones y aprendizajes de manera estructurada.
Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en nuevos canales y audiencias.

Requisitos

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones de Growth, Performance o Paid Media (foco en Google Ads).

Historial demostrable de crecimiento de cuentas o campañas en entornos B2C.

Alta capacidad analítica, autonomía y mentalidad orientada a conversión.

Experiencia en el sector turismo y entornos con tickets medios / altos valorada muy positivamente.

Actitud responsable, ambiciosa y orientada al impacto.

Disponibilidad y motivación para trabajar en oficina y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares.
