We’re looking for a Graduate Java Developer to join our Qaracter Academy , where you’ll learn both technology (Java, Spring Boot) and banking products & processes , in a stable corporate environment with strong growth potential.

What you’ll do :

Learn and develop banking applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Contribute to real projects with impact on financial clients.

Participate in training sessions on banking products and processes.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that will guide you from day one.

What we’re looking for :

Recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

Strong motivation to learn both technology and banking processes.

B2+ English level.

Location : Madrid
