Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Data Excellence & Business Analytics Manager with technical skills and business vision to join our Global Business Development Team at our Headquarters in Madrid.

Mission

• Put in place a state-of-the-art Data Analytics Department :
• Build the right foundations and develop a clear roadmap to elevate the function.
• Develop the team to work with autonomy, supporting the countries, marketing and sales departments to elevate their skills.
• Automate and introduce technology in existing tools.
• Move from data crunching to insights generation; extract value from data to support the business.
• Support Trade Marketing and RGM functions in their global plan.
• Develop simple in-house models and liaise with external parties for more complex ones (pricing, ROI of promotions, etc.).
• Support the Chief Marketing Officer in reporting to COMEX and the Board of Directors and provide ad hoc analyses to enable informed decisions.
