What are we looking for?

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the proper and successful operation of the store, training, inspiring, and guiding the team to achieve sales targets, service quality, loyalty, and growth, offering a high-level omnichannel experience and maximizing sales.

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Store Director, mainly in Premium Retail.
• Have experience in coaching and team development.
• Are a natural leader, motivated, and lead by example.
• Can direct the team to meet KPIs and personal and store objectives.
• Possess planning and time management skills for daily operations.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are flexible and capable of multitasking.
• Speak English and the local language; other languages are welcome.
