Junior Ui Designer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to lead the creation and evolution of our core user interfaces and design system. You will define the look, feel, and functionality of our product suite, ensuring every interaction is beautiful, intuitive, and highly polished. If you are passionate about visual craftsmanship, component architecture, and a design system that empowers an entire organization, we want to hear from you.

Build the Future of Our Design System : Build robust, scalable, and easy-to-use components in Figma, following best practices for a clean, efficient architecture.

Partner with Front-End Engineering : Work hand-in-hand with front-end engineers to ensure our Figma library and coded components stay in sync, streamlining the implementation process.

Own the UI Polish : Take the lead on visual quality across the product experience, ensuring all components and UIs meet high standards for accessibility, consistency, and pixel-perfect craftsmanship.

Drive Product-Wide Consistency : Champion consistency by auditing designs and components to maintain a unified brand and user experience across all SaaS products.

Design for Usability : Own the interaction design (IxD) for our components, ensuring they are intuitive, flexible, and easy for other designers to adopt.

Support & Evangelize : Partner with product designers across the company, coaching them on design system best practices, creating intuitive components, and helping them integrate components into workflows.

Ensure Accessibility : Design all components with accessibility in mind, meeting WCAG and inclusive design standards to create a product usable by everyone.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience building and maintaining design systems, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise with Figma, including advanced component architecture, variants, and styles.
• A proven track record of working effectively with front-end engineering teams to implement designs.
• A strong portfolio that showcases visual design skills, design process, and experience with complex design systems.
• Exceptional visual design skills with attention to detail, combined with strong interaction design capabilities.
• A solid grasp of basic HTML and CSS is a bonus, helping you design with awareness of technical constraints.
