Overview

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Global Campaign Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and measurement of Animal Health marketing campaigns.
  • Turn the multichannel campaign and provided content as defined and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by marketing stakeholders into series of workflows and deliveries in our marketing automation tool (Adobe Campaign & Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Act as a subject matter expert in marketing automation to consult with stakeholders, drive best practices in their marketing campaigns, and develop campaigns within the toolset in a technically efficient and effective way.
  • Ensure that campaigns are built and measured according to global standards and best practices.
  • Ensure that the workflows and deliveries that are built serve the business needs as defined in the campaign briefings provided by OPU.
  • Ensure that the Campaign Analyst receives the correct data for reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure that documentation provided by OPUs is according to standards.
  • Ensure high end-to-end quality of multichannel campaigns, including measurement.
  • Collaborate both independently and with the DCS coordinator to ensure the toolset is used in the most efficient manner.
  • Provide a consultancy approach and present reports and use cases in community meetings.
  • Work with OPUs on developing best practices that can be replicated to other OPUs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in business administration with a strong affinity for tech, or Bachelor in technical studies with a strong business mindset.
  • 2+ years experience managing campaigns in an international environment.
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory) and Adobe Campaign Classic or any other campaign marketing automation tool.
  • Project management knowledge and an agile mindset.
  • Marketing Automation knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience as a Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy or other project delivery environment; consultant experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English due to the global nature of the role.
  • Experience working in an international and intercultural environment.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving, self-motivation, and excellent analytical thinking; open mindset with innovative ideas.
