Job Overview

As a team member, the Business intelligence (BI) Data Analyst is responsible for BI applications maintenance, reports design, development, implementation, and support.

Working with technical and functional teams, you will be required to gather, document, and approve business requirements for data analysis and reporting projects, as well as use BI and database tools to develop reporting solutions to meet business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain BI applications (Cognos / Power BI)
• Develop Cognos, Power BI and Jasper reports
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Provide Support to central and regional IT business teams on BI projects / requests
• Identify and troubleshoot BI related incidents
• Create and optimize data models
• Manage BI related projects with regions, editors and technical teams
• Manage BI applications updates
• Document best practices, guidelines and processes
• Provide training and support to end-users.
