We’re looking for a CloudOps Engineer (Mid to Senior / Lead level, depending on experience) to strengthen our Cloud & Platform Engineering team.

Responsibilities

Work on transitioning on-premise services to Azure cloud (PaaS and IaaS services).

Re-architect platforms to orchestrated container-based service architecture (Kubernetes and Docker).

Automate deployments and infrastructure with Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, and YAML pipelines.

Implement and monitor security controls across infrastructure, platforms, and applications. This includes working with OWASP, TLS / SSL, and WAF solutions.

Manage and optimize cloud costs through efficient capacity planning and scaling of services.

Lead or contribute to complex incident analysis and troubleshooting to identify and perform recovery actions.

Support new customer onboarding, identifying gaps and proposing improvements.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud platforms.

Drive DevOps best practices and continuous process improvements.

Create and maintain operational dashboards and documentation, defining standards and best practices.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or significant job experience with a minimum of two to five years in Infrastructure, Software Engineering, or DevOps.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (Compute, Networking, Security, Data Services).

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML CI / CD).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code and scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, SQL, and KQL.

Strong knowledge of cloud security, privileged access management, vulnerability management, secrets management, monitoring, and DR / BCP.

Familiarity with OWASP, Agile, and Secure Development Lifecycle practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience implementing controls for ISO27001 and SOC2.

Knowledge of Elastic Search, Linux, and configuration management tools.

Experience with security scanning tools like SAST, DAST, and container scanning tools.
