Sales Technical Support Specialist (MFD) – Smart Energy and Water-Honeywell Industrial Automation

As a Sales Technical Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving the companys success. Your experience in technical sales will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions you will contribute to revenue growth customer satisfaction and overall company performance.

You will report directly to the Sales Director and work from our location in Errenteria with a hybrid work schedule and You will work closely with the sales team to support the technical aspects of the sales process. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements providing technical solutions and demonstrating the value of our products and services. You will also stay updated with industry trends competition and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and answer technical queries from customers. Build samples for customer testing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Assist in creating compelling technical proposals and documentation for clients.
• Train sales staff in technical aspects of products and support them during the sales process.
• Gather customer feedback to improve existing products and inform R&D of needed features.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Electronics Mechanical Communications Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales or sales engineering preferred) with wide technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Language skills: Spanish C1C2 English B2C2.
• Availability to travel up to 4 days per month.
