• Generar y enviar facturas a los clientes / proveedores después de que se haya entregado un producto o servicio.
• Registrar en el sistema contable todos los pagos recibidos y asegurarse de que se apliquen correctamente a las cuentas de los clientes correspondientes.
• Seguir el estado de las cuentas por cobrar para asegurarse de que los pagos se reciban en las fechas acordadas.
• Realizar reconciliaciones periódicas de las cuentas por cobrar con los registros contables para mantener la precisión en los estados financieros.
• Elaborar informes regulares sobre el estado de las cuentas por cobrar, analizando aspectos críticos como la antigüedad de las deudas y la efectividad de las políticas de cobro.
• Grado en ADE, Economía o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones de contabilidad.
• Inglés nivel medio, B2.
