Temporary position (maternity leave cover)

Responsible for coordinating Programs, taking leadership and assuming responsibility for ensuring that assigned programs run smoothly and are planned in a timely and consistent manner, serving as the main contact person for program participants.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, delivery and post-delivery program follow-up.
  • Work with the academic director and program director to create the agenda.
  • Coordinate and organize all program logistics.
  • Monitor program budget, expenditure, billing, receipts and forecasts.
  • Resolve participants’ issues and respond to inquiries from leads, participants, faculty and visitors over the phone and in person.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience : University degree or equivalent preferred, plus experience in an office environment.
  • Strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

  • Special Work Schedule Requirements

  • Some programs and events might require working overtime which will be compensated (overtime hours will be recovered in other moments of the year).
