️ Implant Project Manager – Office Refurbishment (Spain & Portugal)

Madrid (on-site) | 12-month project (possible extension)

A leading company in the Chemical Manufacturing industry is looking for an Implant Project Manager to oversee the refurbishment and adaptation of corporate offices across Spain and Portugal .

You’ll be based on-site at the client’s Madrid headquarters , coordinating end-to-end project delivery from design and tendering to execution and final handover ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle : design, tendering, execution, and delivery.

Develop technical specifications, RFPs , and tender documentation.

Conduct feasibility studies and test fits for office layouts.

Coordinate and supervise construction and refurbishment works on-site.

Manage contractor negotiations, selection, and performance .

Control budget, schedule, and quality metrics throughout the project.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and corporate standards .

Oversee multiple office projects across Spain and Portugal.

Requirements

Proven experience managing office refurbishment / corporate fit-out projects .

Strong background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management .

Experience preparing tender documentation and leading on-site coordination .

Solid understanding of Spanish and Portuguese building regulations (a plus).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multinational environments .

Fluent in Spanish and English ; Portuguese is an advantage.

Certification in PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent is a plus.
