Descripción del trabajoDu führst Follow-up-Calls mit Interessent innen, die sich für Premium-Automobile begeistern. Du bietest erstklassigen Service, stärkst den Markenwert und gehst professionell auf Fragen zu Preisen oder individuellen Wünschen ein. Du stellst sicher, dass jede Kundeninteraktion den hohen Qualitäts- und Markenstandards entspricht. Du unterstützt die Retail-Teams, sammelst wichtige Insights und dokumentierst deine Gespräche. Du betreust Interessent innen zuverlässig – von Follow-up- bis Angebotsgesprächen. Du begeisterst Kund innen für die Premiumwelt der Marke und findest maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für ihre Bedürfnisse. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Mindestens einen Schulabschluss – idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation oder Automotive. Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Vertrieb, gern in der Automobil- oder Luxusbranche. Starke Kommunikationsskills, auch im Umgang mit anspruchsvoller Kundschaft. Leidenschaft für Autos und Premiumprodukte. Eine professionelle, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – auch bei sensiblen Themen wie Preisen und Angeboten. Du fühlst dich wohl damit, nach einem Leitfaden zu arbeiten und Gespräche sauber zu dokumentieren. Vollzeitvertrag (39 Std. / Woche) : Montag–Samstag, rotierende Schichten zwischen 09 : 00 und 20 : 00 Uhr. Umfassende, bezahlte Einarbeitung zum Unternehmen und zum Projekt. Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten durch spezialisierte Trainings und interne Programme. Empfehlungsbonus, wenn du Freund innen mitbringst.
