Daily Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the sprint content for the version, in line with the roadmap
• Sprint tracking : estimates, risk, alerts, ticket progress, planning and management of unforeseen applications
• Assign topics to the team on the project
• Ensure smooth testing phases with the QA / testing team : capture feedback and plan fixes
• Organize project meetings : Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective
• Maintain team cohesion and interactions with other teams
• Perform people management for team members
• Work with colleagues to develop them and support their career progression
