Spain Retail Store Manager-Barcelona

Job description：

• In charge of store operation management, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and store display, to ensure operational efficiency and service quality and provide customers with satisfactory service experiences;
• Responsible for the store P&L, monitor and analyze operational data, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operating goals;
• Manage and train the store operation team, formulate and implement training plans to improve the overall quality and service level of the team.
