Lead UX / UI Designer

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 6+ years of experience in UX / UI design.
• Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people .
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
• Strong proficiency in Figma .
• Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST).
• Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research .
• Experience working in banking environments (PLUS).
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
