Overview Highly analytical and results-driven Operational Efficiency Controller to join our Operations team , supporting the performance of our dialysis clinic network . This role partners closely with regional and clinic managers to drive efficiency and quality across all operational areas. The Business Controller will also work in close coordination with Operational Excellence, Finance, Procurement , and Accounting to ensure alignment on cost control, budget planning, and operational performance.

Responsibilities Analyze and track clinic-level KPIs : treatment volumes, cost per session, staff efficiency, utilization ratios, and patient outcomes

Provide performance dashboards, insights, and reports to operations leadership

Collaborate with regional and clinic managers to optimize resource use and standardize performance

Support the development of forecasts, budgets, and capacity planning based on clinic activity

Monitor labor usage, overtime, and productivity trends at the clinic level

Drive efficiency and quality through data-driven initiatives and field support

Support new clinic launches, expansions, and turnaround plans through operational modeling

Prepare and present monthly operational performance reviews

Ensure alignment with key departments to support business goals

Lead or support continuous improvement projects focused on cost, efficiency, and service delivery

Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business

Minimum 5 years of experience in a controlling or operations analytics role, preferably in multi-site healthcare or clinical services

Strong knowledge of operational and financial KPIs

Ability to manage and interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights

Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across departments

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for financial and procurement tracking

High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting / visualization tools

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
