Senior IBM-AIX Engineer [2 / 10 / 2025]

The Senior IBM-AIX Engineer is responsible for driving technical service resolution and

maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through providing pre and post-sales technical / functional support to current and prospective customers. This position is responsible for providing systems engineering support for Company clients in 24X7 service organization.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The principal duties and responsibilities of the Senior Systems Engineer are :

• To act as a lead customer issue resolution engineer and take ownership of all assigned tickets.
• Should have experience in doing Knowledge Transitions and working as a customer lead and take ownership of all assigned Project work.
