- Base Salary : 22,000 28,000

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers (consumers or businesses) via telephone, chat, and email.Efficiently resolve inquiries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and accurately document all interactions in the client's system.Work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic, international setting.Requirements
Native or Fluent proficiency in Dutch (written and verbal) is essential.Fluent English (written and verbal) is required for internal communication.Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO environment is an advantage.Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers.Must be eligible to work in Spain (EU Citizen / Valid Work Permit).
