Talent Skill Recruitment is actively sourcing for highly motivated Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our exclusive talent network in Spain. We partner with large multinational companies in the BPO, e-commerce, and Telecom sectors with operations based in sunny Spain.

This is an opportunity to start a career abroad or work remotely from Spain, providing high-quality support for the Dutch market. Successful candidates are quickly placed in challenging roles that offer strong career growth.

Compensation & Benefits

A competitive salary and package are offered by our clients, including :

Base Salary : 22,000 28,000
Potential Bonus : Opportunity for performance-based bonuses / incentives.
Typical : Comprehensive training, potential relocation assistance (for non-local candidates), and health plans.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers (consumers or businesses) via telephone, chat, and email.

Efficiently resolve inquiries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and accurately document all interactions in the client's system.

Work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic, international setting.

Requirements

Native or Fluent proficiency in Dutch (written and verbal) is essential.

Fluent English (written and verbal) is required for internal communication.

Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO environment is an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers.

Must be eligible to work in Spain (EU Citizen / Valid Work Permit).
