Health & Safety Manager – Bilbao, Spain

Responsibilities You will lead Health and Safety at Gantrex, coordinating and supervising the activity of the SPA.

You will define and execute strategies to ensure compliance with corporate policies.

You will drive the preventive culture with different departments to integrate safety at all levels and processes.

You will assess risks, designing preventive measures and key indicators, and analyze indicators to drive continuous improvements in safety and health.

You will be responsible for creating real awareness of the importance of safety.

What we are looking for in you Senior OHS Technician (3 specialties).

Engineering background, preferably mechanical.

Knowledge of ISO-45001 standards

High level of English

Experience in audits

Strategic focus on Preventive Culture

Leadership and experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.

Communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity.

Willingness to travel occasionally to work.

We will especially value experience in the implementation of an Occupational Risk Prevention system.
