Senior Experience Designer

Overview Job Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled UX Product Designer to join our team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions and creating dynamic environments that foster growth and opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to :

Translate product briefs into tangible artefacts, such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Design both static and dynamic components to enhance user engagement and usability.

Maintain consistency across products using design systems.

Usability-test your own designs and refine them based on feedback.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong UI and interaction design skills, experience designing responsive web layouts, and proficiency in Figma. They should also be able to translate research into actionable insights and adaptability to put the product and users above their own biases.
