Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Accounting Assistant to join our finance team on a part-time, evening, freelance basis . This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for numbers, accuracy, and efficient bookkeeping. As a Remote Accounting Assistant, you will support our accounting department with data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and other financial tasks, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and on time. This flexible role allows you to work from home and balance other professional or personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Support with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

Perform data entry of accounting transactions into company systems.

Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or errors.

Assist with preparing documents for audits and compliance reporting.

Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or pursuing).

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero) and MS Excel.

High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support roles.

Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.

Experience with remote or freelance accounting work will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

Part-Time Evening Role : 3–5 hours per day (flexible hours between 5 PM – 11 PM, as per project requirements).
