Automation Solutions Engineer About the Role As a key member of our Robotics Department, you will lead challenging and innovative projects associated with automated system solutions. Key responsibilities include leading new product development (NPD), including system design, components selection, testing, and data analysis.
Manage project plans with team members to ensure timely completion.
Develop system requirements documents and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Define and implement verification and validation strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
This role requires a university degree in industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a related discipline, as well as at least 7-10 years of professional engineering experience, preferably in automation, machine building, automotive, or aerospace industries. Full cycle V-model systems engineering experience is essential, along with skills in reliability engineering techniques such as Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and reliability growth testing.
