We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to be our first on‑the‑ground commercial leader in Europe, driving growth, building enterprise relationships, and establishing our footprint in key markets.
Role Overview :
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and executing our European sales strategy. You will play a critical role in acquiring high‑value enterprise merchants, driving revenue growth, and shaping the sales function from the ground up. This is a high‑impact, entrepreneurial role where your experience and results will directly shape the success of our European expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and execute a European sales strategy focused on acquiring and growing enterprise merchant relationships.
Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with large‑scale merchants.
Drive revenue growth through strategic deals, upselling, and cross‑selling payment solutions.
Act as the face of the company for enterprise clients in your hub region, representing the brand at events, meetings, and industry forums.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and satisfaction.
Provide market feedback to influence product development and commercial strategy.
Establish sales processes, KPIs, and best practices for the European team.
Requirements :
7+ years of experience in payments, with a proven track record of selling payment processing solutions to enterprise clients.
Demonstrable success in winning large, complex enterprise deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of the European payments landscape, regulations, and merchant needs.
Experience in building and scaling sales teams is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
Based in UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, or Spain.
