Administrative & IT Support Assistant

Would you like to apply your technical knowledge while supporting the daily operations of a dynamic and growing office?

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented person who can provide basic IT support to users while assisting with the day-to-day management of the office.

Main responsibilities :

Office & Administrative Support (50%) :

• Handle incoming deliveries, mail, and packages.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support the organization of meetings, visits, and internal events.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Act as a main point of contact for general office needs, staff requests, and facility-related matters.

Basic IT & Helpdesk Support (50%) :
