Your next challenge We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and ambitious Account Executive to accelerate growth among small business clients in our SMB segment. Join us to empower companies, build lasting relationships, and inspire digital transformation with every deal. Your curiosity and drive can make a real difference for our clients and our team What you’ll be doing :
  • Lead the full sales cycle : discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with HR and C-level decision-makers.
  • Use
  • MEDDIC
  • and
  • Winning by Design
  • methodologies to qualify opportunities and drive predictable revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize conversion and retention.
  • Keep Salesforce updated with activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Stay on top of SaaS industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to position Cobee effectively. What we are looking for : -
  • 1–3 years of experience
  • in sales acquisition, business development, or account executive roles.
  • At least
  • 1 year of closing experience
  • with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in
  • SaaS sales
  • is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies like
  • MEDDIC
  • and
  • Winning by Design
  • Proficiency with
  • Salesforce
  • (or similar CRM).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English.
  • Resilient, results-driven, and passionate about helping companies transform their employee experience. Education Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Work Experience Requirements : 1-3 years of experience in sales acquisition or business development.
