At Hays, we are looking for a Procurement Transformation, Digital & Data Project Manager for a leading company in the automotive sector based in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current digital landscape in procurement, identifying capabilities and gaps.
- Design and implement digital roadmaps focused on AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Facilitate data-driven workshops to uncover opportunities and co-create innovative solutions.
- Implement digital tools to enhance procurement performance, supply chain resilience, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor emerging technologies and trends in digital procurement and supply chain management.
- Present strategic insights and data-driven recommendations in internal and external forums.
- Mentor and upskill team members in digital and data analytics capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across procurement teams.
