About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in this role you will manage and grow relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met while driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and objectives.Act as the main point of contact providing strategic advice and solutions.Identify opportunities to upsell and expand business with existing clients.Monitor account performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.Requirements
Fluent German (C2) or Native and English (C1) proficiency.Previous experience in Account Management Sales or Customer Success is a plus.Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Proactive mindset with a customer-oriented approach.What We Offer
