Search for a Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer
We are looking for a Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer to work in an industrial company located in Viladecavalls. Your main mission will be to lead and improve processes in all operational areas.
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization : Simplify and improve existing processes, incorporating digital tools and technologies to increase efficiency.
- Analysis and Planning : Analyze daily losses and deviations, propose action plans and collaborate on budget development and follow-up.
- Project Management : Coordinate and lead projects aimed at continuous improvement.
- Operational and Maintenance : Ensure proper equipment functioning, plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure operational continuity.
- Product Implementation : Collaborate with different departments to ensure the correct incorporation of new products or product modifications into production.
- Team Development : Train and develop staff in process optimization methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Sustainability : Ensure compliance with environmental, industrial safety and social responsibility regulations.
