About the Role

We are seeking a Product Director to lead the growth and expansion of our flagship SaaS platform for contractor and supplier management.

This person will translate the Chief Product Officer's strategic vision into concrete actions, while mentoring and structuring a team of 3–4 Product Managers. The role is focused on product discipline, B2B SaaS monetization for SMB segment, and scaling products globally.

The Product Director will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for driving product discovery, translating product vision into actionable roadmaps, and developing strategies to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Drive product discovery using frameworks such as Design Thinking and Jobs-to-be-Done.
  • Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage 3–4 Product Managers, providing mentorship, direction, and structure.
  • Define and track KPIs and OKRs, ensuring a data-driven product strategy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ship impactful features.
  • Prioritize the backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Validate ideas through A / B testing, customer interviews, usability testing, and analytics.
  • Lead initiatives to improve contractor monetization and engagement.
  • Support the migration of legacy product customers to SaaS.
  • Promote a product culture grounded in experimentation, rigor, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10 years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or specialization in Product Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in scaling SaaS products and driving monetization strategies.
  • Familiar with B2B to SME or B2C models (ideally both).
  • Strong background in product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with user analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven features is a strong plus.
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Trello.
