The Commercial Director leads the strategic direction and execution of commercial initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market presence. Your Responsibilities :
Define and execute the commercial strategy and sales objectives across retail and wholesale channels, ensuring brand growth, market share increase, and budget adherence.
Explore opportunities to expand the brand’s retail footprint , overseeing openings and closures in line with strategic goals.
Manage key accounts : present and implement strategy, negotiate priorities, and ensure profitability.
Negotiate improvements in space, location, and commercial conditions .
Lead and inspire teams to achieve targets, deliver excellent customer service, and drive value across business areas.
Foster a culture of ownership and accountability , promoting collaboration and results-driven performance.
Interpret commercial and financial data to identify growth opportunities in market share, visibility, engagement, and profitability.
Develop and implement business plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and budgets to support long-term success.
Drive strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and competitive positioning across functions.

Your Profile :
Proven track record of business leadership in a multi-disciplined, ideally premium-focused organisation.
In-depth commercial experience and understanding of relationship management across stakeholders.
Experience in leading organisational change , translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes.
Strong grasp of strategic planning and business development principles.
Relevant qualifications in Sales, Economics, or Business Administration .
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organisation.
Capable of providing visible, empowering leadership and fostering a positive work environment.
High command of English required; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
