Job Description We are looking for an Italian-speaking Sales & Account Manager to join our international call center in Las Lagunas de Mijas. In this role, you will :

Contact potential and existing clients by phone, introduce our services, and present them in an engaging way.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer experience.

Provide support and guidance on our platform and training products, answering questions and helping clients make informed decisions.

Keep clients updated with relevant news and opportunities in the market.

Achieve sales targets while focusing on customer satisfaction.

Requirements Fluency in Italian (C1+).

High level of English (spoken and written) – essential for internal communication.

Previous sales experience will be valued (call center, telesales, or customer-facing roles, etc).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Ability to work well in a dynamic, multicultural team.

Offer Full-time, permanent Spanish contract (Indefinido).
