As a Production Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the planning, logistics, and administration of DAZN’s productions in Spain. From non-live shoots to live shows and unilateral events, you’ll ensure every detail is managed with precision, helping our teams deliver world-class broadcasts.

This role will be based in our Madrid office.

What You\'ll Be Doing : Manage bookings for production companies, freelance crew, contractors, commentators, and talent — ensuring contracts are in place and payments processed.

Coordinate logistics for shoots and productions, including scheduling, facilities, equipment, and travel.

Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and track costs to maintain accurate financial control.

Build and maintain production databases to ensure information is structured, accessible, and up to date.

Produce call sheets and risk assessments to support live and non-live productions.

Communicate clearly with delivery partners, freelancers, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee smooth workflows.

Support the wider Resources team on live production activities when required.

Travel occasionally to events across Spain to provide on-site production coordination.

What You\'ll Bring : Previous experience as a Production Coordinator or Production Assistant in broadcast, TV, or media production.

Strong background in logistics and project coordination within live or digital production environments.

Knowledge of accounting or business administration processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Exceptional organisational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow tasks through to completion, and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.

Strong problem-solving skills, decisiveness, and initiative.

Familiarity with broadcast and digital production workflows.

Flexibility to travel and provide on-site support when needed.
