Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and support technical solutions to clients, adhering to agreed designs.
• Lead small to medium-sized technical projects, driving innovation and delivering results.
• Collaborate with project / technical managers and customer representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Provide technical support and input on technology applications within defined business segments, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Develop solution architectures for multiple system environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Contribute to knowledge tools, communities, and ensure project learnings are documented and shared, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Produce internal publications, such as knowledge briefs and service delivery kit components, to support organizational growth.
