Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with C-suite as a target audience
- 3+ years of experience using LinkedIn as an outbound lead generation channel
- Experience in Custom software development, Outsourcing, or IT business domains
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation tools
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn funnel metrics with the ability to analyze KPIs and reports to track results and derive insights
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software
- Experience using LinkedIn as an inbound lead generation channel
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads instruments
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and multi-channel outreach strategies
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken English and Ukrainian
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales opportunitiesAnalyze and report on LinkedIn key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and channel performanceCollaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to automate and optimize lead flow and track campaign performanceBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure smooth handoff to the sales teamDevelop personalized outreach strategies, including crafting compelling connection requests, follow-ups, and messages tailored to client pain points and needsContinuously refine lead generation strategies through data-driven decision-makingExplore and implement automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiencyBenefits
